  UPDATE: as stated before I was not a candidate for 'pennies on the dollar' basically because I own a home. Michael gave me information and confidence to deal with IRS and my long standing debt. He informed me that I had CSED for several years and that I should continue install payments and keep current filings. I knew the dates of the 10 year statute of limitations and guided my install payments appropriately. Well, one by one they dropped those debts and with paying off a few key years I was able to release two liens and today my account says - ZERO balance. I started with 38K. BTW I have made 15 calls to IRS when in past was so afraid to call and all the agents were helpful and courteous and not out to get me.
  I have long standing tax issues due to some non-filings and ignoring the inevitable. My accountant did not want me to contact any tax specialist saying they would not help and would only want more & more money. One day I received 8 certified letters from IRS and decided to make a call.
  I chose Landmark at random and am very glad I did. Michael was very patient and thorough at listening and answering my list of questions. Within a week his firm had a full report and some simple steps that I could take, forms and phone numbers to start resolving my issue. He explained that offer in compromise was really not for me as I own a home and that a few of my years of tax debt would due to dissolve if I continued my monthly installment payments.
  I have a long road ahead to get clear of tax debt and now have the tools, confidence and help when needed to resolve my issues.
  No more dreading the walk out to my mailbox. Thank you.

  A critical aspect of past tax issues is coming into compliance with IRS rules, regs, filings and deadlines. If you are not into compliance, if you neglect or stop communications the IRS holds all the cards. Coming into proper compliance, either on your own, with your bookkeeper or accountant or through LandMark lets you take back at least some power and some much needed peace of mind.

  I had a great experience with Landmark Tax group. They answered all my questions, contacted the IRS on my behalf to assess my case, and gave me great advice on how to move forward. I also liked that they did not push to get a contract for full representation, but rather told me to just contact them for coaching when needed, which was a much less costly way to help me. I highly recommend them to anyone with Tax issues.

  Michael was always fast to respond and worked diligently to close our case quickly. He was able to get us a payment settlement we could afford at only 23% if the overall amount due. I’ve dealt with a fraudulent company in the past. Michael was a breath of fresh air and put my mind to ease quickly. It was worth every penny. Oh! He managed to resolve everything in 3 months from start to finish. He doesn’t drag it out like some places.
