If you're in the mood for delicious Korean food, this is a must-visit. The buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, each bursting with flavor and made with fresh ingredients. The service is exceptional, and the atmosphere is inviting. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic Korean dining experience.
This is the best hot pot/ Shabu Shabu restaurant I’ve ever tried! The all you can eat is worth every penny.
Everything is self-serve except for the meat, which the attentive servers brought out immediately. The service is amazing.
They have several options of the meat but the top blade cut and lamb is a must!
The salad bar has an amazing amount of selection to choose from ranging from shrimp, fried chicken, Korean rice cake, and much more.
It’s $34 per person for all the food! Completely worth it.
Dada Shabu has just about anything you could ask for to dip into your broth and enjoy. They have seafood, red meats, all sorts of vegetables, several kinds of noodles, a sauce station, and even some ready to eat foods like a fried, sweet and sour chicken and also a delicious fried shrimp dish.
Out of the meat selections, my personal favorite were the pork belly and the beef belly. They had a nice fat content and thua had a great flavor.
The meal as you would expect is a little expensive, but not unreasonably so.
I wouldn't come here too regularly given the high price, but I can imagine myself returning here to fulfill an occasional Shabu Shabu craving.
The quality of the meat is great and the dipping sauces were also good. I wish there were more broth paste options since the broth itself is somewhat boring. When it gets busy, it's not ideal since everyone is crowding the buffet area. The buffet has a good selection of vegetables and sides like japchae and rice cake. I think it's still one of the better shabu places in Irvine and wouldn't mind coming here again
This place is so delicious. We crave it at least twice a month and we are there at least that often. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We love that there are so many seafood and vegetable options. We do not eat pork or beef and we still feel like we get an incredible value and so many options. If you ever want to try shabu/ hot pot, this is a great place to try it out. Easily our favorite in all of the places we’ve tried.
