  Staff here is amazing. I lost my car keys and Israel helped me to find them even though he was off his shift already.

  I love it here, maintenance and management staff have been helpful. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. If the rent is raised that won't be a problem because there's value at this property.

  We have been living here since March 2017 and we love this place, we are in Picerly pearl floor plan and this is carriage style where you have attached garage and apartment entrance on first floor and the apartment on the second floor, it’s really nice because it feels almost like condo not apartment. Let’s talk a little bit about the maintenance team, these guys are the best maintenance team I have ever seen, if I keep talking about them for ever it’s not enough, on time, do everything you ask for, great friendly team and do a great job, thanks portola place and irvine company. we are happy here and we love the area, quit and safe but the only down side it’s far from the highways.
