She listens and she's willing to work with you on whatever is bothering you, whatever you're worrying about. And if something is not a big deal, or is a waste of your time/money, she'll say so. She also knows who the best specialists are and you can be confident about her referrals. Yes, you pay an annual concierge fee to be her patient, but I think it's worth it.
