Hoag Urgent Care Irvine - Woodbury

I am one of those patients that often feels apprehensive at health clinics but Hoag Urgent Care in Irvine always sets me at ease, by answering my questions, providing additional information, options and follow-ups. I am very satisfied with her bedside manners.

Head a great experience. The waiting room was clear and I was the only patient. The reception and intake person was pleasant. It was nice to see a diverse staff, I loved it. They let me ramble on about my bed bug issue and finger infections. ”So gross I know”. Most importantly, Hoag network has all my medical records at their fingertips which makes it easy for me not having to explain my medical history. I think her name was Jillian. Not sure, sweet and caring.

Video appointment with Dr. Teo was great. She is thorough and to the point. Have been with her for years and would not change anything. Service is always delightful. Whether it is in person or video or phone, the service is above par! Very grateful to Katie and Dr Teo and the Woodbury staff!
