MJD travels offer the best travel services and takes good care of their customers! I booked travel from Chicago to Egypt, even though there were multiple cancellations from the airlines and due to weather conditions, Manju aunty helped with re-booking the tickets and provided support all through the journey! Tickets were definitely cheaper than what I was seeing online. She provided the right advice at all times and offered multiple options before booking confirmations to make sure I get the best bang for the buck! She is very proactive and was always available to help me out!

I overlooked the COVID test requirement and because of the Holidays surge in testing. And Testing Company said my test results will arrive between 24 to 48 hrs. I could not get another appointment for COVID test.

So, I reached out to Manju for help. She patiently listened to me, understood the situation and helped me move the flight date. Manju handled it with thorough professionalism, for complete oversight on my part. Instead of simply changing date on my current booking, she went leaps above and got me a savings of almost $300 in the process!! It is more than twice the work, for a booking that was already done and closed. Hands down best service I have experienced!!
