(January 8, 2023, 1:24 pm)Long overdue for a review. I've been here countless times, and this establishment is beyond consistent with their food. Higo has no off days.
The chicken is very flavorful and does not dry out regardless of which piece you are eating. The Lomo Saltado is a wonderful dish consisting of simple ingredients that marinate in a beautiful sauce. Even the salad/dressing is really flavorful! The price is very reasonable for the quality of the food. The restaurant is very clean and has a modern interior.
To top it off, I have catered here before. They did a wonderful job with everything and the food still tasted amazing!

(January 8, 2023, 2:15 am)This place was recommended to me so decided to try it out! Came on a rainy day around 1:30. Once you walk in, they informed us to find a spot to get seated.
Tallarin verde con pollo a la brasa - it’s the green noodles! The chicken was juicy and the pasta had enough sauce which was nice.
Tallarin Saltado - we got it with beef. The beef was a bit dry and chewy. they give you a green sauce and it’s a must to add onto the dish. The flavor is way better with it combined! It is a bit spicy so keep that in mind. Highly recommend this dish!
Parking: it was a bit difficult since they are in a plaza with other stores. -

(August 25, 2022, 4:14 pm)The lunch special, firewood chicken and spinach pasta is amazing. The skin is very crispy, the seasoning is perfect, and the meat is very tender. They have a unique potato with a traditional sauce, sorta like an appetizer, is very good.
Very popular place, lunch rush might have a lot of people. Service is fast and servers are very kind. -

Please do yourselves a favor and go here and have this delicious food.
I recommend going here, after going around and around to different Peruvian restaurants. I’ll say that this place does come close to the top because the Lomo is awesome and the causa is also mucho delicious!!
The only that they don’t have is the Ceviche which isn’t a big deal but ehh.
But please try this area everyone!!
