A True Dynamic Duo - Never worked with anyone better!

We have been living out of town for over a decade now and wanted someone local to help us return closer to family and friends. Their online presence and reviews were impressive. We called them and within the same day started looking at properties with Rob. What I think Rob does best is that he read us well. Every search became closer to a dream home we didn't even know we wanted yet. His ability to read people also helped greatly when it came to negotiations. He far exceeded my expectations.

After an offer was accepted, we met Janet and I was immediately impressed by her attention to detail, patience and comprehensive levels of support. There were weekly comms, thorough check ins, and proactive lists of service providers that we are using daily as we move in.

So lucky that we found these two. Truly couldn't imagine the process going any better. We are lifelong fans and will share with people closest to us.

They also hired a staging company to stage our house beautifully for free (we paid the staging company upfront but the staging expense was reimbursed back to us at closing). The house turned out like a model house and the marketing video was so impressive. All these really helped us to sell our house very quickly. And the house was sold above the asking price.
