Look no further, you’ve come to the right place! Fred was beyond any expectations we had handling the estate sale for us. We didn’t have to worry about a thing! Fred took care of everything expertly, efficiently and always with a smile. Fred knows the business inside and out with extensive knowledge on every type of item out there and connections to collectors all over Southern California (and likely beyond). The experience was slick with accounting tallied to the last penny, and extra half day of the sale with another advertising push bringing in loads of new buyers to snatch up every item possible. At the end, his wonderful connections extended to a very professional crew who cleaned out the final unsold items to take to charity and such leaving the place completely empty safe a few items I held back and a check and accounting details were in our hands within a day. Not only was the whole experience impressive, but Fred makes it all fun as well. He’s completely delightful and obviously loves what he does. I’ve been raving about him to my friends as I’m doing here on Yelp. My friend in DC is looking for an estate person and longs for someone like Fred...how fortunate we feel! Thank you Fred and crew!!!
My wife and I were referred to Fred of Laguna Beach Estate Sales by our realtor. We had sold our traditional Italian style home and had purchased a contemporary home, so none of our furniture worked. We met Fred and he outlined the entire process. Nothing was left to chance and there was an amazing attention to detail.....something that we both enjoy. We had to coordinate the sale with the closing of the house and Fred took care of everything. When his job was completed, the entire house was empty and ready for the buyers to take possession. Not only did the entire process take a huge burden off our shoulders but he delivered a nice healthy check to us as a result. We strongly recommend Fred to anyone considering an estate sale.
Fred and his team are amazing! My sister passed away unexpectedly and the family had to deal with some tough decisions in a short amount of time. Fred was right there for us, helping us make decisions and taking charge when needed. He and his team were responsive, professional, efficient, and organized. We sold more than we expected and he left the home broom clean. I cannot say enough good things about them and would highly recommend them. We live out of town and found them through such a review.
