Okay, my phone is on the charger so now I can write this! Evanna, I CANNOT thank you enough. Not only was your customer service outstanding but you were completely upfront and honest with me. I felt like I was the only customer in the store! You were attentive, kind, funny, answered all of my questions and did not get frustrated with me for things I did not know or understand. I am so thankful I bought my washer and dryer today. I can’t wait to wash all the little footie pajamas and dinosaur socks! Thank you again! You are AWESOME!

This place has THE BEST customer service, in our experience! The prices were reasonable and the selection was decent.
They not only took the time to find us a matching washer/dryer set in our price range (when we were having terrible on our own), they moved up our delivery date because I mentioned it was on the way out to another delivery they had scheduled. Evann and Dominic and I'm not sure the warehouse guy's name, were absolutely incredible! I will not only shop here again, I will recommend this place to everyone I know!!

My husband and I are very pleased with American Freight and the customer service. Richard was very helpful when we came in looking to upgrade our living room. We will be having our second living room set delivered next weekend!
