(July 8, 2022, 5:09 pm)I'd like to start off by saying that in every way possible I was extremely impressed working with Jackie on my home purchase in Del Obispo/ DP/SJC area. Coming from a family in Real Estate-, my parents were once in the top 2% of broker/ agents in the Country- even appearing in the Wall Street Journal! So my bar for an agent was very high (probably unrealistically high). Jackie not only met my expectations but completely went above and beyond in every aspect of the transaction, making it all work smoothly and close without issue. Jackie even performed countless tasks for the Listing agent who made mistakes and didn't perform her simple responsibilities such as opening Escrow - this the Listing Agents responsibility, but Jackie did all of it! Jackie took on all the extra work with a smile and was always eager and offering to help more- even finding and meeting renovation contractors for me, providing me with estimates before and after I closed. This is extremely unusual and not in the real of expectations of a Realtor! I was blown away by her thoughtfulness and eagerness to help me. She's become one of my dear friends now and I'm forever grateful for all of her help, professionalism, knowledge/ expertise of our neighborhood and the specific nature of South OC real estate market. I am certain that without her as my Broker/ Agent I would not have gotten my offer accepted nor the deal closed. I now have my dream home and I think of her often when I'm home. THANK YOU JACKIE!!
