I want to thanks to Isaac, The professional Trainer who cares about each single client. He also have good plan of nutrition base on personal taste with variety of food . We pick our Fresh food 2-3 times a week . My brother work out at this gym which has very friendly environment under management of Isaac proffer ion always trainer. My brother tell panned to lose weight which he got his goal with the help of Isaac nutrition and the food prepared for him. I have a plan to be a member of this gym but I work a lot now . I get the prepared food there also and as a vegan , I enjoy my organic food with variety of vegetables .
