  I have had very good experiences with the staff at this location. Optum's staff, from the front desk to the medical staff, are very professional and courteous. They do everything promptly, like sending appointment reminders, calling me after my appt to check me out, sending documents and so on. Also when I had an insurance issue the front desk called the insurance company themselves to check instead of putting the onus on me to deal with it.
  
  However the appointments may have to be made MONTHS in advance.

  I want to recommend using this wonderful team of healthcare professionals. Valerie Castaneda who works with Dr. Erin Parise went out of her way to help me. She solved a 5 month problem I couldn't fix myself. I have NEVER had a Dr's office be so kind and helpful. Valerie you made my day/week/month! My frustration with the medical profession is high because most don't seem to care. Valerie Castaneda should train them! Thanks to you Valerie and Dr. Parise and Valerie de Simone, PA. You guys ROCK!!!

  We are very happy with Dr Siegal's services. He has done an excellent job of treating my mother's diabetes. Ivonne is another wonderful person who is kind and cheerful when attending to my mother's questions and makes sure my mother understands the treatment plan.
