  Augustin and his crew remodeled two bathrooms and converted my outdated bath tub to a walk in shower. Also, plumbed for and installed a new washer/dryer. They did an excellent job. Very responsive to any question or concern. I highly recommend them.

  We were introduced to Augustin by our realtor and were immediately impressed by his ability to assess the viability of our plans and suggest
  some alternatives. He worked with us on our budget and delivered everything he promised. We enjoyed working with him as he was responsive, perfectionistic and his work was of a superior quality.
  He was also able to keep the work area clean and tidy. We love living in the house that he remodeled. Would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for a contractor.

  My experience with Augustin greatly exceeded my expectations. This was my first experience with hiring a contractor for home remodeling, and wasn't sure what to expect. However, it was such a positive experience! KBKoncept was recommended by a third party, who mentioned Augustin's professionalism and dedication to doing the best job possible. But his kindness and patience were, for me, so very important. He kept his cool while dealing with Laguna Woods"s convoluted, and at times ridiculous, rules and regulations. The completed project is absolutely gorgeous! I will definitely be using KBKoncepts for all my future remodel needs.

  My wife and I moved to SoCal and purchased our house remotely and had KBKoncepts remodel the entire house. We met with Augustine only once, then maintained communications by phone and email. The work was done on time and within the original budget. We were extremely pleased with the quality, finishes, timing and the total cost of the job. Truly an honest and professional contractor. We would highly recommend KBConcepts.

  I am very pleased and feel so lucky that I had chosen KBKONCEPT to have my new 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms condo remodeled last year. It was beautifully done - on time! on budget! To a single 70 year old with very limited knowledge of “remodeling” woman owner, they are professional, trustworthy, so pleasant and helpful.
