  I just got back from my weekly Monday Personal Training session with Maryam. I feel energized, fit and ready to take on the rest of the week. This is exactly how I have felt for the past 1.5 years I have been taking Maryam's amazing classes. She is one of the best I know in the field. Her routines are so different every class, that I have not seen her repeat a routine in the past 100 classes I have taken with her. She has helped improve my strength. Taught me how to do push ups which was always a dream until I met this amazing lady. Her motivating way of instructions keep me pushing myself just a bit more every time. I see myself in Maryam's classes for a long time to come and would recommend her to all my friends and family. Thank you Maryam for putting your heart and soul into these classes.

  Maryam has been my trainer since 2016. She was great about first focusing on the fundamentals, mobility and balance, then eventually increasing the difficulty and intensity of my workouts. Maryam is a top-notch trainer and nutrition coach. She helped me strengthen myself through exercise and proper diet and nutrition. I am stronger, healthier and more flexible now than I have ever been in my life.This has literally been a life changing experience and a worthy investment in my physical health and quality of life, the best investment I have ever made for myself! Thanks Maryam! I am so grateful for your ultimate coaching!

  I really love Maryam's classes and the way she has helped me build strength and endurance over the last 6 months. Her classes are fun and challenging, and she is always making sure you minimize risk of injury and know what accommodation to make if you are struggling. She is very passionate about nutrition and overall health, and its great to be a part of her fitness family. I encourage everyone to come join us!!

  As a wife, mom of 3 active children and running my own business it has been very challenging trying focus on MY own health. But I know, in order for me to continue doing the things I love with the people I love, I needed to make a change and working out was a key component to creating balance.
  
  Thankfully I found Endeavour Personal Training and met Maryam. She has been an amazing coach and I am very grateful for the time she dedicates to making every workout count. She pushes me and supports me at the same time. She is very professional but makes the class fun and always brings new moves/exercises that I have never seen or done before.
  
  If you are considering working out and creating a life you love, I would highly encourage you to try a class. Maryam even offers childcare, so there are no excuses.

  Maryam is absolutely wonderful. She truly cares for her clients and wants the best for them. I am so much stronger now, and for the first time, I actually enjoy working out. I also hired her to help me improve my nutrition. Our family has always been health-conscious, but she was able to help us create a better, more sustainable, balance. I highly recommend her!
