  I've lived here for over a year now and am very happy to be here. I've had no issues with management or neighbors. The area is very quiet and safe. It's close to shopping and restaurants. I don't see myself leaving anytime soon.

  I absolutely love this place I have been living here since June if 2014 and does this place have everything you need and the staff and maintenance people are incredibly nice and it's a very safe community I love this place!!!!!

  So far this place is my favorite apartment complex and been here for years.
  
  Pros
  1. Maintenance staff is awesome and friendly
  2. Open parking for guests
  3. 1 garage parking spot
  4. Laundry hookups and Landry facility
  5. Quite complex, not noisey at night.
  6. Pool is well maintained
  7. Gym is clean and equipment always works.
  8. No graffiti or litter
  9. Chris, the manager has always taken care of our special needs. Very patient and understating.
  
  Cons
  1. I wish they charged less for pet rent when it is a cat. The pet rent is the same for cats and dogs which go towards the dog park. My cat hates the dog park!
  2. It is very difficult to find a parking spot which does not have a risk of water spots on your car. This is one of my biggest set backs with this place. These water spots don't come out of your car paint very easy.
  3. Rent goes up every year

  One of the main reasons my Fiance and I choose to move to Paloma Summit was how friendly Chris the Assistant Property Manager was when we first did our tour. He spent a good amount of time with us showing us multiple units and answering all of our questions. The application process was fast and easy, we have lived at this property since October 2014 and we love it. It's always kept very clean and is always very quiet plus the staff are all very friendly. If you have a dog like we do, you will love it because they actually have a Dog Park that is lighted at night.
