Outback Steakhouse

Last night was our 3rd time going to this Outback. Once again, we were not disappointed. I didn't catch the managers name ( a blonde gal ) but she runs a well oiled machine there. I happened to over hear that they were short staffed but had not heard that, we would have never known.
We have had Jaxon (waiter) the 2 times before and really enjoy him but this visit we had Molly who we equally admired. She was amazing to greet us with a huge smile, apologized for the wait and thanked us for being there ( no complaining about being short staffed).
As we waited for our order, I witnessed this little team work together, hence well oiled machine.
Our food was really flavorful, hot and served in a timely manner. As we left, we were treated just as well as when we came in.
As a manager of 2 hair salons myself, working with the public has its challenges but this teamed killed it! Well done Friday night team!

I just had a take order! Everything was great! Ribeye was the perfect medium ordered! All sides and sauces included too! Great packaging! So nice and friendly upon pick up! Thank you Outback! So satisfied tonight!

A great experience. Our first time eating at Outback restaurant. We received a gift card at Christmas from family member so last night we decided to go give it a try, and after looking at different reviews we decided on Foothill Ranch Outback as our first choice. We sat at the bar and had a glass of wine while waiting for our table. We thought the wine was rather expensive, but are bartender was friendly and curious.
It was about 20 minutes and we greeted by the hostess to take us to our table. A few minutes later we were greeted by Kyle our waiter. He saw that we had brought our own bottle of wine and took it back to uncorked. While waiting for his return, we decided to have the steak and lobster dinner. We asked Kyle to please have the chief cook our steaks medium rare and the lobster not to be over cooked. The steaks and lobster were cooked just as we had requested the lobster and steaks we done to perfection.
We enjoyed the evening so much that we will definitely be going back again even though the distance was much further than other than other Outback restaurants.
We definitely recommend this restaurant
