Dr. Syed was the best pediatric urgent care doctor I have ever had take care of my son. I was so blessed by her kindness, intentionality and overall quality of care in treating my son. She took the time to assess my son and make sure we went through every possible avenue to see what exactly might be ailing him, which made my momma heart filled with so much joy. I pray that there would be more doctors like her in pediatric care because children deserve the best possible care.

Super easy to go online and make the tentative appt, see how many were in line before me, and then arrive there to get checked in. Very clean!!! ALL staff were very professional, friendly and the NP that I saw was great. After checking me she then spoke WITH me instead of just TO me regarding my symptoms and recommendations she had to ease them. Thank you!! Very easy, timely and comfortable appt! As an RN and a patient I was very impressed! Thanks you guys! I will definitely recommend your Urgent Care!!

This Urgent Care is new to the area and the office is beautifully renovated. But what's better than that is the staff is INCREDIBLE! They are compassionate, empathetic, helpful, quick, knowledgeable & they make the entire system work so seemlessly. I would prefer to go here sometimes than see my primary doctor, honestly!

My Husband and I went to the Lake Forest office together and had excellent care. I think we were the only ones there at the time.The staff were polite, caring, and professional and offered us bottled water which we really appreciated. The
waiting area was beautifully decorated and the back treatment rooms were very clean and organized. This was the best urgent care experience we have ever had. Would highly recommend.

I was feeling very sick and visited this Urgent Care. Both PA's were very thorough including the follow-up. I was given blood work, I wanted to mention the medical assistant, who in particular was very kind. The other personnel were also very efficient. I would recommend this Urgent Care to others.
