    Beach Fitness offers challenging small classes with personal attention from trainers that are knowledgable and motivating. Their one on one training is excellent as well and customized to your personal needs and abilities. I look forward to my work outs ans always feel satisfied having been challenged. The people are all very friendly too!

    I love this gym! I've been coming here for a little under 2 years, and glad I stepped in the door. They have great, knowledgeable coaches who are there to motivate you, and assist you as needed. This place has helped me get stronger, fit, and try things I never thought I could do! Plus, the members within the gym are equally as motivating, and make training fun. Great, clean gym, with great a great community of people and coaches!

    This gym is awesome. Great coaches and community. I was new to Crossfit 9 months ago and from the very beginning I was welcomed and taken in. Great place to grind and work.

    I love this place! Everyone is like family. We laugh, we have fun, oh yeah....and we get fit! The coaches here know their stuff and want nothing more than for you to succeed. The best part is, whether you're a seasoned athlete or a newbie...all your successes are celebrated! We support each other through it all and are super excited when new members join our family!
