I am surprised at the "one star review". I guess you can't please all othe people, all the time. (If you click on this reviewers name, you may see that this person only posts one star reviews. Apparently not an easy to please person). -

(April 3, 2016, 11:30 pm)Dr. Alpert was professional and caring when she examined my three young daughters. She assessed their vision and determined that they did not need glasses. There was no pressure to purchase anything - even when the girls were hoping to get new eye glasses. I left relieved and the girls left disappointed - Dr. Alpert let them check out her collection of ducks and then she gave them each a duck to take home. It helped ease their disappointment of going home empty handed.
