Preeti Bhathal one of the best persons I have worked so far. The amazing fact about working with Preeti is, we found Our Dream First House in just 2-weekend i.e., 4 days of house hunt. Kudos to her for having such a great personality with so poised to hear us out with our loud emotions of buying our first house in the US. It was a mere challenge for her to work with me and my husband's choices as they are unique in their own ways. Loved the way she understood what's important for us and gave us a beautiful house that my husband and me are in LOVE with.
Preeti is very professional, yet adds amazing emotional touch. She gave us great advice and followed up throughout to make sure we have the house we love and succeed in getting the house for us. I have heard from most of my friends, what all hardship they went through emotionally, financially, more surprises during ESCROW, house evaluation etc. Touchwood for us it was none. She gave us great financial advice, house evaluation and contacts of professional people whom we could completely rely on.
