  What a great experience. After weeks of delays at another shop, Jim at Prestige came to the rescue. Jim and the whole staff were great. Very professional, honest and operated with a sense of urgency.
  
  Hope I never have to use a body shop again, but if I do I will not go anywhere else. They have earned a customer for life.

  Everyone from the front desk to the manager were always very pleasant and courteous. I was kept up to date on the progress of my repair. My Kia Soul looked like she was brand new when I picked her up.

  My car took a lot of front end damage. It was leaking fluid and was undriveable after getting about 1 mike from freeway. When I got it back I was surprised that it looked like nothing had happened and drove like nothing happened. I’ve only had it a few days and drove it maybe 15 miles but I am impressed.
  On negative side as I first drove it off there was a burning oil or plastic smell but that only last a few minutes. The battery light is on apparently because it had been sitting idle for a month. They said they would fix it if it does not go away.
  In addition the insurance only paid for 30 days of car rental. It took about 3 weeks for insurance and Prestige to decide to fix the car. The car was mostly fixed after 2 weeks but due to a complication they needed one more week. I am glad they took the time to fix it right. I had to share my wife’s car to avoid extra car rental fees but if the car stays trouble free it is worth it.
