We've worked with Jerry Estabrook's office for a decade. They respond to inquiries and claims instantly and with kindness and efficiency. We gradually moved all our insurance (vehicles, homeowner, life, etc.) to State Farm and have been very happy with their service and their claims department.

Cheap insurance bites you in the butt when you actually have a claim. Any claim I've submitted through State Farm have been paid well, promptly and fairly.

This agency is outstanding. I highly recommend using Autumn for your insurance needs. What I appreciate most about her is fast responsiveness, and that she is constantly looking for how to reduce the cost of our policies while ensuring proper coverage. She’s terrific!! Erik

In my most recent experience, I had the pleasure of working with Danielle. I encountered challenges related to a policy update for a remodel that affected our earthquake coverage. Danielle was tenacious in communicating with the Earthquake Authority to clarify the variances and ensure the issue was resolved. She provided detailed updates and explanations every step of the way.
