The Anger Coach/Dr Fiore

With COVID 19 being such a dominant presence in our lives, it's real tough right now to receive the mental health care that all of us need.

Dr. Fiore is a specialist on teaching techniques to control your anger and to better understand your anger. His services are extremely affordable and very helpful if you take the training to heart.

He answers emails quickly and is a very reasonable person to deal with. He does weekly zoom meetings in a group setting or individual counseling. Highly recommend!

Don't be scared to seek the help you need. You won't regret working with Dr. Fiore.

Dr. Fiore is a man who has clearly, and effectively practiced the principles he teaches. He comes from a place of hope and the tools provided in his programs worked in my life as I worked them. I learned so much from Dr. Fiore’s anger management techniques. Having gone a couple of sessions, it changed my perspective in life about anger-triggering events. It helped me to communicate more effectively with others. If you feel withdrawn or overwhelmed from stressing events and feel angry and that takes away from your energy during daily basis, I recommend you taking few of his classes! You will learn plenty and will hopefully transfer some of that info in your life when dealing with stressful evens next time you get angry.

This class has definitely taught me some valuable things that I use everyday. The book is very informative and engaging.
