Dr Bui has been our family dentist for over 25 years. He actually listens to our issues and tells us what causes the issue, then develops a treatment plan. His office staff is professional and welcoming. They are also very knowledge regarding insurance benefits and payment options to achieve our goal of a perfect smile.
Dr Bui is very compassionate to his patients. He will do anything within his power to reduce the amount of pain a patient will feel which was a great relief to me, as I needed extensive repair and reconstruction. Dr. Bui is like no other dentist I've ever known. He has such passion for his work and takes great pride in the happiness of his patients. Dr. Bui goes beyond general dentistry, I liken him to an artist. He is very precise in the color and shape of your teeth as well as the fit and comfort level felt by his patients. His follow up treatment was very reassuring. He request follow up visits to ensure his patients are happy with the color, shape, alignment and overall happiness of his patients. I recently had a dental emergency and he called me back the same night and had several options for me to choose from. I believe his is the perfect dentist and I want to share this information with anyone looking for a family dentist. Having a beautiful smile makes me feel very confident and I love to smilingly again. Thank you Dr. Bui and great staff.
Doctor Bui really cares about his patients. I have been going to Dr.Bui for over 10 years. He is consistent in his great treatment and caring. I haven't had a cavity the whole time I have been with him. My kids don't have cavities because they don't want to disappoint Dr.Bui, so they take extra time brushing and doing it 2x a day. Many extended family members goes to Doctor Bui. No one wants to ever leave his care. I give his name to people looking for a good dentist and they are not disappointed. We all have been through many dentist that don't care=don't know your name, just wants your money and couldn't care less. It is hard to find dentist like him anymore.
Great staff, great one on one attention with a compressive overview walking step by step through all procedures. This kind of personal attention and positive interaction is rare in today's medical climate. Dr. Bui and his staff are now my primary dental health care team!
