I love Fitwall. The classes are fun and dynamic. Every day of the week is different and they change the exercicies every 3 weeks. The best part is that in 40 minutes you are down with your workout. Coaches are awesome!

After a car accident I wasn’t able to workout for 3 years!!! I found out about fitwall and I went to try it out!! Fitwall it’s awesome I lose lots of body fat and I feel amazing !!! It’s a 40 minutes workout with really nice and professional trainers who makes u feel very comfortable.
They also showed me how to eat healthier and trainers give delicious recipes to do healthy meal preps.

The workouts ROCK! Whether you want more cardio/strength training or an even blend of both - this place has it. The equipment and space ensures the classes are intimate & the coaches give you plenty of attention. Modifications are always an option. Best of all - it's a supportive environment for all levels.

I started coming to Fitwall in March 2016 to prepare for Miss California, and I have been hooked ever since! I have been a runner for about 10 years, but Fitwall has helped me improve my strength, endurance, and overall fitness level. I have definitely seen improvement in not only my performance at Fitwall classes, but also my running as well! The workouts change every month and are different everyday. With great music and friendly coaches, I look forward to coming to class! I highly recommend Fitwall to anyone looking to get into the best shape they've ever been in!

I've always been very active and hit the gym pretty hard. The last 4 months I have been going to Fitwall and I have seen changes in my body that I never got through the gym. The high intensity 40 minute work outs are great for a busy schedule and all the coaches push you as hard as you want to be pushed which makes the environment very welcoming. Shelly, Travis, Eric and Clift are all very encouraging and constantly help you with your form through each exercise so you get the most out of your time there. I recommend it to everyone of any age and fitness level!
