(January 31, 2020, 3:14 pm)As far as I’m concerned, there is no better place for your sports and orthopedic injuries than Dr. Yim’s office in Newport Beach! The personnel in the front office was very friendly and professional; they made it easy for me to understand what my insurance would cover and how to schedule my first appointment. As for my encounter with Dr. Yim and his assistants, they were all very knowledge with my ankle injury and guided me in the right direction by referring me to (in my opinion) the best physical therapy clinic there is in Orange County!
All this to say that I highly recommend Dr. Yim and his staff! The facility is completely new, they have the latest technology and equipment out there, and the open space really gives it a refreshing look for a medical office.

(January 16, 2020, 12:09 pm)Dr. Yim is friendly and extremely knowledgeable in all areas of sports and orthopedic medicine. I went in for a ankle and knee injury from playing basketball when I jumped and landed awkwardly. Luckily there was no major issues and Dr. Yim made me feel safe and assured of whats going on. His staff provided excellent care from beginning to end and made the entire experience comfortable. I felt like I was in excellent hands with top of the line care being treated at his clinic.

He is very knowledgeable, delivers cutting edge treatment and with a multidisciplinary approach to get optimal outcomes. His patients rave about his attention to detail and level of compassion. His staff is very professional, friendly, and the clinic decor exudes a boutique medical spa feel! You will not be disappointed. If you want quality of care with a personal touch, Dr. Yim is your guy! The fact that he used to be the team physician for the professional San Francisco Forty Niner football team and for Stanford University sports and is currently the LA Charger team doctor speaks for itself!
