I came here last Saturday (9/11) for the first time and had 5 star treatment. I had received a coupon in my email for 1st time customers, not realizing it was for online orders only. I had taken an Uber all the way from Santa Ana so the young lady SABIRA went out of her way to call her supervisor so she could honor my online code this one time. I was so grateful!

The other lady SUZANNE was also awesome, both ladies explained the sizing, helped me find matches, and I noticed how attentive they were with the other customers. They were vibrant, knowledgeable, bubbly all while extremely professional... all on a very busy Saturday afternoon.

Now about the items themselves... they don't have the widest selection of colors and matching pieces, but they will gladly order anything you don't see for store pickup. The fit and softness is well worth the lack of variety, I am so happy and feel sexy and comfortable all day long. I never shopped at a Torrid before and was worried larger sizes would be like "granny drawers" but everything feels smooth against my skin and stays in place. I easily bought over $200 worth of items that same day and will likely return every month for a haul.

I wanted to wait a week to see how my pieces felt and held up. I was impressed by the service and the quality for price. After being mis-sized at other places *cough* VS *cough* I am so grateful I found Sabira and Suzanne at Torrid.

Women in here were SUPER helpful and friendly. Made us feel welcomed. They have a great variety of clothing. We ended up spending over $500! Yikes!! But worth it.
