I totally loved that I could the rental process 100% online and how I was able to sign my documents all online too! I got my code and everything the day before I actually went to the unit. That was great. I also loved that I was able to easily get to the location and access my unit with ease and not have to go into an office and do anything. I just entered my code and walked into the building. My paperwork and lock was waiting for me inside the unit. Super, super easy! Not to mention, the indoor building is super clean, has a very pleasant and welcoming feel, and feels ‘safe’. Couldn’t believe it had restrooms as well! What a big plus. Overall, the process was seamless, easy, and super convenient. Other companies should really take on this model. Really enjoyed my experience. Thank you! : )

I had been having severe stomach bloating, pain, vomiting and fever which led me to ER at St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton. It was determined that my appendix had burst and that I required emergency surgery to save my life. This is where I met Dr. Mahdavi. He was my surgeon. I met him briefly prior to surgery as he explained what was happening, what they were going to do and what to expect. He had a calm bedside manner which I appreciated. After surgery I was able to appreciate what a skilled surgeon he was. I was very sick and very infected and he was able to rid what was left of my burst appendix and infections with a laparoscopic procedure only. He didn't open me up. I was in a lot of pain, on two different antibiotics and in the hospital for 6 days. Dr. Mahdavi would check on me daily and answer any questions to me or my family members. I felt so confident in him and so thankful that he saved my life. I would highly recommend him.
