  We couldn’t have been more impressed with your service and attention to detail through our buy / sell process. Our search took nearly 9 months as we were waiting for our perfect house. At no point in the search did we feel pressured to make an offer or settle on a house that was not right or that we did not love. You and your agents were very easy to schedule showings and took us through countless houses while at no point giving us the impression that we were a burden or that your team was growing impatient. It was a refreshing real estate experience given to say the least.
  
  Once we found our home we began negotiations and it was clear that your experience and advice was going to be a great asset for us. Carefully reviewing terms of counter-offers, suggesting options, and providing resource information helped us reach an agreement with the sellers that we thought was very fair. We always felt that your team genuinely had our best interest in mind throughout the entire purchase process. It was not the smoothest process due to the other side of the table, but the Katnik Brothers team maintained a level-headed and pragmatic approach when responding and presenting us with the terms and options available for us.
  
  Once we were in escrow, we needed to get our home sold quickly. The selling team completed all marketing tasks within a week, and our home was on the market 7 days after we signed the listing agreement. The photograph and marketing team created an impressive listing, and within days we had an offer. After a couple rounds of negotiation, the house was in escrow 7 DAYS after going on the market! We were beyond impressed and thrilled that we were not going to carry two homes.

  Listing with the Katnik Brothers was such a positive experience!
  When prepping the house for sale – a few minor repairs needed to be done. We felt like we had “concierge service” when your team orchestrated licensed contractors with the best work and prices to get the job done. Then to top it off, you went above and beyond by turning the backyard into a place of beauty, and staging the home to reflect a “you’ve gotta buy this home” look – all complementary! The marketing photos were top-notch and more turned out more beautiful than we imagined.
  We were kept in the loop every step of the process of the sale. We were especially blown away by the copious notes from the open house which recapped everyone who walked through the door and their feedback. We only got to see two recaps before an offer ABOVE LIST was on the table!
