Dr. Montelongo has been my doctor and my kids doctor for many many years. (15+)
Always provides great service. And the staff is very friendly. Claudia, I believe is the office manager, Which that doesn't matter anyway because its an office of only a few. They all know their stuff and have been with Montelongo since I can remember and can get any answers of just about any medical related questions you may have; from type of insurance they accept to suggesting or recommending specialists should you need one.
Dr. Montelongo is very involved and personable and straight up with his patience. Never will recommend anything unnecessary. Don't be affraid to ask him questions during your visit. Remember, communication is key.
Dr. Montelongo is on several medical boards and connected in the medical community in and around St. Joseph's Hospital. He will never recommend anything that is unnecessary, treatments or procedures to get you back on track health wise.
So, if you are tired of seeing a different doctor each appointment and wish you could see your same doctor each time...

Dr. Montelongo is the consummate doctor all rolled up in one caring, sensitive, professional and talented, resourceful doctor. I consider him a friend as do, I'm quite certain, all his patients. He puts everything he's got into every case, every problem and is never a slacker. He should go down in history and when one looks up the word "doctor" in the dictionary they should find his photograph.
He has cared for about everybody else in my family and we all feel the same. It's been so long now and everybody else in my family is gone now after having left California, including me. I will never find another Dr Fernando Montelongo here in the Prescott area of Arizona or anyplace else.
