Dr. Kaplan is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. It was clear to me from my first appointment that he was very experienced and smart. He explains options very clearly, and didn’t rush. After the surgery, he answered all of my questions completely. He is very personable and patient-oriented. I also liked his staff, Alicia his P.A. And Carlos the surgery coordinator.

This medical office is the best medical office. I never have to wait much long. The doctor sees me quickly. The doctor is very friendly, informed and experienced. After doing a lot of research on ankle replacements, I chose Dr. Kaplan to help me with my ankle arthritis and he recommended an ankle replacement rather than an ankle fusion. He was professional and answered all my questions. His staff Lorraine and Paula were wonderful and very patient with all my phone calls. It’s been 10 months now and I am walking without pain for the first time in 8 years! I am very satisfied with the whole experience.
