I had a problem with my washer spin cycle not draining properly and my dryer making some really loud noises, so I called OC Repair Master to diagnosis and repair.

The repair technician whose name is Mel was very professional, courteous, and honest. He made arrangements to accommodate my schedule in order to make repairs as soon as possible. When the technician looked at my dryer he immediately knew what parts were needed to be ordered to repair my noise issue. The parts were ordered and the dryer was repaired within a week, and at a reasonable competitive repair cost.

And with my washer after doing some initial diagnosis the technician recommended to just clean out the washer filter, and that fixed my spin cycle drainage issue and where a dishonest person could have taken advantage of the situation the technician didn't charge me any additional unnecessary costs. So, I highly recommend OC Repair Master for any appliance repairs needed.

Don is absolutely incredible. I can't say enough good things about him and his business! He gets parts SO fast and is reasonably priced, very professional and very compassionate. The quickest and just the best service I've ever received from a mechanic.
