  Brian, Irene, and Robert always take such good care of me when I come in, by making sure all my questions are answered and that I truly am getting the best deal. This location is definitely up to date, spacious and clean, alowing it to be super inviting! I like how their door remains locked from the inside, so their customers and employees can feel safe at all times. Would definitely recommend this location to a friend.

  Irene was very knowledgeable and helpful, and definitely professional. My mom bought her phone recently at this location and Irene spent a long time to go through all the functions with my mom. I really appreciated her professionalism and patience. I highly recommend this location and also recommend asking for irene.

  I have been with Verizon for about 20 years. This is by far the best store I have encountered. A special note for Monique. She represents Verizon in.a very positive, friendly and treats me as if I'm the only customer in the store she deserves.recognition for being what she does and well she deserves to.be recognized.

  Love this location. Very knowledgeable staff. Anytime I have a problem or a question the staff is quick to help and always friendly. I have never felt pressured to buy anything or upgrade if what I had was working. They take time to explain what I’m getting. I’m a very simple customer.
  I always call before heading to any Verizon. Bought a case and glass in Fullerton and needed my replacement. I know every store is different but didn’t want to bother going back to Fullerton and I knew that I had to go to the Verizon in Brea but that place is NO HELP! This location help me order and Register my temper glass and case.
  
  I would be recommending my friends and family to this New Verizon. Highly satisfied
