He only uses safe, non toxic products which is really important to us and our bird~! The carpets look amazing and his prices are very reasonable. (December 17, 2015, 5:45 pm)I was referred to Jesse at Done Rite by a business associate, and I couldn't be more pleased. I had a unique problem that every other carpet cleaner I called declined to do. When I spoke with Jesse, he too conceded that he had never been asked, nor had he ever done what I was looking to do, but instead of saying no, he thought about it and said he thought he might have a couple of options to tackle the problem. Jesse showed up on time, sized up the concern, did a small test, and went to work. The result was fantastic - and turned out better than we expected. We are thrilled we found Done Rite and when we need it Done Rite again, we will be giving Jesse a call!
(For those who want to know what we asked him to do: We had a 8' high by 16' wide piece of artwork on a frame, hanging on a wall. The fabric was a polyester fabric and most of the background around the edges was white. During storage, handling and installation, the white background got quite a few hand prints and dust and dirt. Behind the fabric was a rigid foam board with a paper face. No other cleaner wanted to attempt the cleaning for fear that the water and cleaner solutions would damage the artwork and the paper faced backing. Jesse did a great job of being very careful with the amount of water and cleaning solution that went on to the fabric and the result was awesome!)
