I'd recommend him to anyone looking for establishing Trusts, Wills, and any other estate paperwork. Even when the main job was complete, months later - David helped to solve an out of state issue very quickly. This issue would have cost thousands and taken weeks or months to resolve without his intervention on our family's behalf. His cost of services not only paid for themselves immediately, but was below all the other lawyers I contacted who would not have provided their services in time.

He also made a home visit for no extra charge. When we procrastinated, he gently urged us to follow through with the Estate Trust documents which really helped us follow through on our end and complete the project. Mr. Rubalcava is a consummate professional and also a lovely human being -- generous with his time and fair with his rates. He was well-loved by our cats who climbed into his lap and covered him with fur (which he graciously enjoyed).
