  Fast & good service. My reservation was upgraded to van from SUV for the same rental price. Van is 2019 model, comfortable , specious.

  California destination proves to be 100% satisfied! Customer service skills are appreciated, the Santa Ana Enterprise Reps are superior in that category. From our arrival to departure - a very smooth transition upon arrival and we were upgraded without hesitation.. The request for transportation to our departure location was extremely helpful because my brother has mobility issues and the distance from rental drop off to the airline door would have been a challenge. Thanks Enterprise for helping make our California holiday an A+.

  Enterprise has been, by far, the most pleasant experience we've had with regard to rental car companies we've used at John Wayne airport in Santa Ana, CA. We completed the process of reserving the vehicle online prior to our trip and all was completed quickly and easily when we arrived. We appreciated that the sales rep was pleasant, informative, no pressure, and answered all our questions completely and to our satisfaction, especially how they handle toll road charges, so we knew just what to expect. We previously had negative experiences and unexpected charges with other rental companies in the past, but we will stick with Enterprise from now on.

  I’ve rented with three or four different companies here at John Wayne Airport at least once a month in the past year. Let me tell you, NO COMPANY beats Enterprise there when it comes to customer service! Their prices are fair, but their customer service is by far the most impressive thing working in their favor. The employees look you in the eye, address you by name, make sure all your needs are met before they help someone else. Do yourself a favor and check them out if you’re looking to rent near Orange County or planning your Disney vacation(:

  My experiences at Enterprise (John Wayne Orange County Airport) are numerous, over several years.....and all good. Every staff member is courteous, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. One standout is Taylor Brown. She is resourceful in problem-solving, and unfailing provides what's needed for business records.
  
  Every vehicle from this location has been well-maintained, clean, suitable for the purpose, and a good value.
  
  I am glad to have a chance to provide feedback on an Enterprise location that makes me glad I am a loyal customer.
