  I purchased the OE tune for my 2016 GL550 three month ago, and when I received the MyGenius handheld tuner and download the ID and the stock tune from my ECU and emailed it to OE Tuning, they sent me the modified tune maps within a few hours, on the same day.(This is the same great speedy customer service experience I had when I flashed the ECU of my BMW K1600B motorcycle with the MyGenius handheld last year.)
  
  And every time I had a question or concern about tuning my car, Jerry and Jeremy always responded to my calls or emails in a speedy and expeditious manner to answer all my questions and or offered a solution.
  
  And although I just flashed my ECU a couple of month ago, and can’t speak on long term stability and experience of OE Tuning’s tune, I can tell you all having owned 7 AMG Mercedes over the last 40+ years, and just from seat of pants feel that my GL550 performs almost like the GL63 AMG when I push it, it felt nothing short of powerful and exhilarating, and yet it’s still very civilized and smooth and drivable as my daily Driver, and I no longer have to worry about the high cost of maintaining an AMG car after the warranty expires.
  
  I highly recommend OE Tuning to everyone who is thinking about tuning their car for better performance, and I even referred OE Tuning to my Brother-In-Law and my Sister who just o purchased a GLS550. And I will also be referring them to many of my Friends and Family Member, and I will be going back to them to purchase another tune when I replace my weekend car in my garage with a Ferrari F430. OE Tuning Team Rocks!!!????????????????

  Did my ECU tune a couple days ago for stage 1 and burble. The results is beyond words, my car feels new again. Would recommend to take their pop and burble option, definitely worth it. The person there is really friendly too, i think his name is Jerry.

  This is a follow-up review to my first one; now that I've had some more time driving the car with the new tune all I can say is OE Tuning (and Jerry) is awesome. The tune completely transforms the car (E500 M278) without sacrificing any daily driver characteristics; the car is a beast when I want it to be and factory comfortable when I am just cruising.
  
  The after sales service is excellent so I would have no hesitations recommending this company to any of my family and friends.

  Bought the Mercedes W211 E63 93 octane tune. The standard tune has transformed the power /torque into something even more shocking than before. The car feels like a predator in sport mode, yet it's almost like the tune "disappears" in comfort mode during daily driving.. that is until you give it the beans. OE was/is terrific to work with, answered all of my questions and provided a truly cool experience for a guy used to shipping his ECU to the tuning shop. The My genius tool is fantastic. I had my gear head son perform the upgrade thru a series of ignition on, then ECU would write, then prompt to ignition off, then on again... he's 15 and found the process almost too easy... but that's their generation with electronics I suppose. I swapped to a different tune on MyGenius tonight and found it very straight forward. Of course, I had to read the manual, he didn't... ha..We both thought the coolest thing that happened while changing tune files is when the radiator fan turns on and you can feel the wind at you ankles (outside the car). It adds an element of transformation that seems to heighten the re-write (do make sure your battery in charged and connected to a external charger - mine was simply on a trickle charger). I'm very impressed and thankful for OE tuning's desire to optimize their customer experience. Thank you. Now where can I find 100 Octane!

  Great Service and communication. Answered all of my questions (And I had a lot too). Gave me a courtesy call to let me know that they were finished with the Performance Tune and were going to send the ECU back to me with a tracking number. Had my 2014 Mercedes C350 tuned and immediately noticed a difference in 1st gear. Quicker throttle response and smoother gear shifting as well. I would highly recommend.
