  I noticed three people mentioned inner peace and I would concur after 5 years that this is a path to inner peace. Everytime I come here I feel like my troubles melt away within about a half hour, The teachers are down to earth and welcoming. Tangpa is a monk that visits weekly and has been in this tradition at least 20 years. This lineage has some really great books to back it up. You can craft your own meditation practice using these methods and the teacher is really open to making it work for your lifestyle. The temple is a lovely loft space in row of loft spaces facing a huge tree and park. It has a peaceful and serene energy. the If you can commit to once a week it will really help with anxiety, worry and any anger issues. Long term you can find the path to enlightenment.   Having attended this Center regularly for several years, it has been a life changing experience for me. I would very much encourage anyone who is interested to attend a General Program class and meet a great bunch of people and find out more for themselves!!

  I learned practical advise that I've been able to use in my daily life to bring about more happiness for myself and those around me. I can't recommend these classes enough for those wanting to lead a more peaceful and content life.

  I love coming to class on Thursdays. This class has been helping me with my depression and my anger. I have gone to different therapist and they were no help. This has been more help. I am going to keep coming to this class because everyone who goes there is super friendly and amazing positive vibes. I recommend coming to this place.

  I love this center! It's located near Mother's so there is plenty of parking. The gompa is on the second floor and there are classes during the week. The website is really robust and has tons of information. Everyone is really helpful and kind. The shrine is exquisite. So grateful for teachings on meditation, training the mind and finding inner peace!!
