German was amazing to work with. I had called other dealers who didn’t return my calls and or didn’t think it was important enough to sell a car to me. German was always willing to help and answer questions and on the ball. I would recommend them 100x over! Great customer services!!

First and foremost I’d like to say my family and I are extremely grateful for German. He really went above and beyond to get us into a new vehicle. Our only family car broke down and with jobs, school and kids it was such a necessity we were left without. I did do some research and because of my challenged credit I didn’t have high hopes anywhere but German did it! He got us into a Dodge Journey with 3 rows - perfect for my growing family! May I add the process was smooth and painless; and even with my very busy schedule he worked hard so I wouldn’t have to waste my time. Thank you so much German 😊

I was looking for an economical car within my budget and my search took me to Sunset Car Company. I found a 2012 Honda Civic Coupe. Everyone was welcoming , helpful & straight forward , from my first contact with Maria to meeting the owner Ray and then working out all the details of the sale, trade in & financing with German. Even Marshal, the handsome canine, greeted me with a wagging tail . As a senior citizen , I was a bit apprehensive that I would be taken advantage of & ‘talked into’ something I’d later regret, nothing could be further from that fact. German was respectful and very helpful and worked with me until we came to an agreement I felt comfortable with . They took in my old Nissan and for its condition , gave me a very decent trade-in credit . He even made arrangements for the Civic to be checked out by a third party mechanic I chose.
I felt valued as a customer even though I was in the market for a less expensive car . We treated each other fairly and that’s how business should work .
These folks are on the up & up and can be trusted from my experience .

I shopped for a very specific Ram 1500 for months. Not only did I find the exact truck I wanted, it was the lowest price on my CarGurus search for its year and model range so I was able to actually buy it cash. I was skeptical paying cash with no warranty, so they offered to have it fully checked by the dealership. Just in them offering that I went ahead and bought it. Truck seems to run great, and I got exactly what I’ve been looking for, at a good price and exactly what I was told via email. Good people here, you get what you see and are told, straight forward business. Wish all dealers were like this.

I discovered Sunset Car Company when I was on a mission to get a 4 wheel drive truck to drive back to Montana. I had a whole 36 hours in Anaheim, and although I did a ton of research, the actual car buying day was stressful! Thankfully, the folks who work at Sunset were exceptionally helpful. I'd been to all manner of dealership that day, but at Sunset I found the car that I wanted, at a good price, with exceptional customer service. I had issues with my bank that day, called them up and they said "No problem, the car isn't going anywhere", in the end it worked out, but it was so nice not feeling pressured or stressed. I drove the truck back to Montana with absolutely no issues, and now it's been a little more than a week. Fingers crossed that I can get 100,000 more miles out of it!
