Max Steam

Absolutely phenomenal! I moved into a condo and the previous tenant left it a wreck. The carpets (a light tan color) were almost black with dirt. Max came and assessed the areas, told me because they were so dirty he would do his best but not to expect the carpet to look brand new given their condition. I completely understood and told him I did not expect any miracles given how dirty they already were. Well Max performed a miracle! They are SO. CLEAN!!!!!!! I was so shocked at how bright and clean the carpets are. And the price was super reasonable. Max and his partner (his son maybe?) were super quick, very friendly and professional. He moved around furniture to ensure he didn't miss a spot, and even put together my brand new couch that was just delivered (the delivery guys unfortunately arrived at the same time so Max had them leave it on the landing so he could properly clean the living room and then moved the couch into the living room for me when he was finished). The best part is that my carpets weren't soaking wet when he was finished, just a little damp but I could easily walk on them. I HIGHLY recommend this company and I will 100% be using them in the future.

Max took excellent care of my elderly mom's carpet and tile floors, they actually looked like new! They were courteous & efficient and left everything looking and smelling great! After the rain we are having them back to clean all the windows and pressure wash outside. I highly recommend Max Steam to anyone who needs cleaning!

I have nothing but great things to say about Max Steam and their entire crew! Max came to inspect our office's carpet and after taking a look around, let me know the carpets didn't appear to be in need of a cleaning. I appreciated him letting me know his honest, professional opinion, even if it meant he was out of a gig. Despite this, we still decided to have the carpets cleaned and I'm glad we decided to use Max Steam because they were able to get the job done within two hours and the cleaning ended up making a significant difference in our office. I would certainly use Max Steam again and would have no problem recommending their services to anyone I know.
