Creative Repipe

Creative Repipe came to our rescue after a nightmare that we did not expect. Alex was very professional and thorough in detailing the steps for the job. Duy Nguyen answered all my questions, His people on site were professional, from start to finish. great crew worked seamlessly and placed my hot water heater and faucets and placing washing machine in garage. Creative repipe is great! I highly recommend using them! Their salesman Ken is great! He went over everything with me. He wasn't pushy at all. He was able to schedule the job asap. I really liked the crew who came to do the piping. They worked hard and got it all done in a day. Valentin was part of the crew. He also went over everything with me and scheduled the patching crew. The patching crew was also great they did great work and they were fast.

After finding out that we had a water leak somewhere inside the house, my wife and I were really worried about the potential series of expenses should the failing line or lines were not properly identified through the use of a leak detection process. My wife and I were antsy about having to cut a section through the slab to fix a failing line, only to find out a few months later that the same line could be bad again just few feet away from the previously repaired section. Then having a conversation with a coworker, he highly recommended Creative Repipe and I contacted them to come assess my plumbing issue. Moving forward with their recommendation was the best thing that my wife and I did. The crew showed up on time and the lead person proceeded explaining what to expect, their tasks strategy, and agenda for the day from covering furniture, walkways and walls to clean-up at the end of the day. At the end of the day they came through with their plan and we were satisfied with their work.. actually "impressed". When it comes to the crew that Creative Repipe uses to do the wall patching, I'll give them a 10 plus.. this guys covered again our furniture and walls and seamlessly matched the texture on every wall. Over all, the crew that Creative Repipe uses are true professionals and certainly do not cut corners. I highly recommend them to any of you looking for a reliable and trustworthy plumbing company.
