  Jonathan Hawkins at Amavi Properties is truly a real estate rockstar and I highly recommend him if you are buying or selling a property. Although I have held a real estate license for over a decade, I chose Jonathan to represent me for my home purchase. He exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. First, by asking questions about what I truly wanted and then showing properties in my price range. When negotiating a price below asking (not an easy task in this market), he was with me every step of the way. His service-oriented, “put my client first always” was shown by his and his team members’ actions. Available and easy to communicate with, Jonathan is a professional that I now consider my friend.

  My husband and I first met Jonathan Hawkins of Amavi Properties at an open house in the Bixby Knolls section of Long Beach. We were very impressed with the way he represented his client, demonstrating thorough knowledge of the property, confidence, and meticulous attention to detail. When it came time for us to put our home on the market, we knew Jonathan was the only agent we wanted to help us with the sale. From our first meeting to discuss options and strategies, through all closing procedures, Jonathan demonstrated the highest integrity and transparency. He maintained close and personal contact, making himself available at all hours to answer our many questions and clarify details. He worked extremely hard to make sure all deadlines were met, and followed through on every aspect of the sale.   Jonathan Hawkins is extremely reliable and accommodating. He was very easy to contact and keep in connection with. Jonathan is courteous, caring and very committed to his business of finding you the right home.
  He eliminated many of the stressors through his knowledge and efficiency of house looking and purchasing. Highly recommended.
