  Typical Hampton but slightly dated rooms compared to some other Hampton Inns I have stayed at. Excellent staff, breakfast and workout facility. Walkable to a Denny’s open 24 hours, Del Taco, Sunwest, Starbucks and a Mini-Mart gas Station.
  
  Convenient to 405, 22 and 605 freeways, not too far from downtown Seal Beach.

  Ethernet ports in the rooms! Multiple quick food options in the parking lot. Starbucks, a Japanese grille, Del Tack, and Subway. The rooms seem a little dated inside, but are otherwise fine. I had a nasty brown stain on my bedsheets, the kind you get after washing out blood it seemed. One of the elevators broke while I was there, and once it was working again would make noises similar to a submarine approaching crush depth in a movie. Maybe consider the stairs if you hear those noises. It's only a 4 story hotel. Staff was super friendly, and the morning breakfast area was pretty nice for a Hampton.

  Area of town was good, about 7 minute drive to Seal Beach, 25 minute drive to Long Beach. Rooms are nice, good breakfast, service was great!

  Very professional staff. New clean rooms. Quiet, even when full. Very polite and professional staff. I can't wait to come back to this hotel in 2 weeks!

  The bathrooms are slightly awkwardly set up, as the towel hooks are a bit too far away from the shower. There was orange residue on the curtains when I arrived, and they don't provide floss or mouthwash. The staff is very nice and helpful, though.
