We’ve called Stanton Appliance Repair Services to have our washing machine and dryer fixed. I like how their call center representative accommodated us nicely. The technician who did the repair is prompt and very skillful too. I have no complaints. Excellent job!

I was desperate as my washing machine stopped working, Friday afternoon. Just before the week end. I have three babies at home and I need my washing machine all day long. I called Stanton Appliance Repair Services praying to god they will send somebody, in spite of the late hour and the weekend. They caught Ronald, their technician, on the phone. He was already on his way home, as he finished working that day. He agreed to come to my house. He arrived after 45 minutes as he was caught in traffic jams. Poor guy. I felt so confused. But Ron was so friendly and nice. He worked on my machine and fixed it within an hour or so. I was grateful. I offered him coffee but he was rushing home. Thank you Ron. I put Stanton Appliance Repair Services on my fridge for future needs.
