  To start with, Regina Singh is wonderful and brilliant! You would be very fortunate to have her on your side helping you to sell your house!
  Regina Singh helped us to sell not one, but 2 houses that seemed like they would both be difficult to sell. She gave us great advice from the start, and told us exactly what we needed to do to sell our houses.
  She is a clear communicator; she is honest, cheerful, and easy to work with. She always got back to us quickly, and she put a lot of effort in to making sure our houses were seen. She explained the process and all the paperwork to us clearly.
  After selling, When we were ready to buy out of state, she referred us to another great realtor. I am so appreciative of Regina Singh. She helped us so much, I cannot even describe how much she did for us!

  When we found out I was relocating to Orange County, Ca, I was thrilled! And then terrified by real estate horror stories: bidding wars, prices skyrocketing, and properties selling for way above asking price. How could we possibly figure this out, as non-local first-time homebuyers?
  
  Regina @ KW Realty helped me through the process of buying my first home. Going in to the process I thought I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted and what buying a home is like – but it wasn’t “quite” as simple as I thought.
  
  She may be the most patient person I know; she’s completely open to hearing what you have to say and continues to listen whole-heartedly when the next day you’re saying something completely different. This isn’t her first rodeo and she seems to understand the flip-flopping first time buyers go through. She seemed to always be available for my questions and sync ups when I was feeling stressed
  
  Very interestingly, she helped us to find out a right lender who gave the nice deal. Without any hesitation she showed us many home and the way she explain the details is truly awesome.
  
  She knows how to make your offer competitive and that’s something that is key in the home buying process. She helped me though the whole process from beginning to end and even after the home closed. Regina is an excellent real estate agent in short words. I recommend her to EVERYONE!

  Regina is to put it simply, amazing. Our story with Regina started a few years ago when we needed to sell our place. She came out and wrote a beautiful synopsis of our house and for complicated reasons we had to stop the process. Regina was gracious and kind and made it happen. Fast forward to last year and we wanted to seriously downsize. Regina did everything; she met me in San Jose to look at places and above and beyond the call of what a normal agent would do. Long story short, she made the sale of our house happen and made the purchase of our new place a reality. It’s that attention to detail and that eye for keeping her customers safe that makes Regina so good! She is awesome. I would highly recommend Regina and I think she would make a believer out of you too!

  Regina was a friend for years before we were in a place to purchase our first home. When I contacted her that we were ready she devoted a lot of time and care into us. Late night calls and texts didn’t go unanswered. Every step was explained to us and we were guided in the right direction. Her firmness and kindness are a wonderful balance, someone you want on your team. She is also very active in the community, putting others before herself. Regina is a true professional and wonderful human.
