I was always dubious of hypnosis and things of this nature...until I developed adult onset medical/dental anxiety. It wasn't a mild thing, it was debilitating. I met with Karin and it was the most casual, relaxing session imaginable. At the end, I left feeling more empowered to control my anxiety. I would recommend anyone with an open mind who truly desires change and who is willing to take advantage of Karin’s wisdom and effective implementation of hypnotherapy. I trusted her experience and she has the education to support her expertise. I have had several sessions with Karin and I am grateful for each one. I initially started going to Hypnotic Bliss for help with improving my memory to better retain material in my college studies. I immediately noticed a difference in my retention of new material. I also subconsciously buried past memories of my childhood, including some trauma. I began to recall various memories including holidays but of course I can’t pick and choose which memories returned but the trauma that surfaced was addressed and she helped me heal to which I’m still thankful for. I decided to go back for help with my sugar cravings. To my surprise I would sometimes sleep eat. After my sessions with Karin I have been in control of these issues for some time now.
