I was first impressed with Kathryn Tapie when I met her for the first time way back in 1987. Her amazing smile, energetic personality, and professionalism impressed me and she has stayed that same sweet and generous person to this day.
When it came time to sell our home of 25 years we only thought of one person, Kathryn, to get the job done and boy did she. Kathryn sold our house in 4 days! Kind of funny, it was almost too fast if there is such a thing!
If I was to give advice to future sellers it would be to step back, pay attention to what Kathryn recommends and let her do her job. You won’t be disappointed!
If I could give 10 stars ⭐️⭐️ I would!
