The Ark Fit

This is honestly such a great gym. I've been coming for about 2 years now and love coming to the classes. The staff is so welcoming and helpful. They push you to do your best and help you with your form. The members are friendly and make you feel like a part of the Ark Fit family. I would absolutely recommend this gym to anyone!

Hands down the best gym ever! The workouts are intense, but you don't have to be the strongest person to be able to do them. The trainers meet you where you're at. It's truly a no-judgment zone! The Ark Fit community is beyond amazing. Everyone is so motivating and encouraging!!! If you're reading this and thinking about joining, just do it! You won't regret it.

The Ark Fit is more than just a gym. It's a place to create goal and then crush it! It's a place to get advise on your health aspirations. It's a place to make new friends, and then cry with them once the workout is finished. The trainers here have your best interest at heart. They want to see you strive past your goals, and they are there along the way in and outside of the gym. The facility has nice, well maintained equipment that is taken care of and cleaned after ever workout, so feel free to leave it all out on the gym floor. I cannot praise these trainers and staff more for all they do day in and day out to keep the gym striving. They will make you feel right at home starting on day one. And did I mention your first 2 classes are free?! So stop by and say hi because once you have joined The Ark Fit, it's hard to go to anything else :)

I joined The Ark Fit in September, and it has been the best decision for my health and safety. As everyone knows, with Covid finding a safe and clean place to workout has been extremely difficult. Still, The Ark Fit provides its members with a sanitized facility after every workout class. As for my health goals, every trainer has been excellent. In the beginning, I was nervous to workout because I was a beginner at strength training, but each trainer took their time to help me become familiar with the correct posture and workout formats. If you are looking for a safe and fun place to help you achieve your goals, this is it!
