I normally do not leave reviews, but after dealing with the company Priority Roofing I had too. A good customer service builds the reputation, loyalty and trust in the service. Jim was just that and I hope my review shows you how impressed and happy I am with him. He went above and beyond for me. Jim if your reading this thank you again. You had faith when I didn’t, and reassured me that everything will be fine.

I have worked with Jim and Priority Roofing for 2 full roof replacements due to weather damage. His quality of work and service are impeccable. I reside in California, and Jim thoroughly managed the project from start to finish, including communications with insurance company to ensure my claims were closed out. I could not have asked for a more trustworthy and reliable partner!

Priority did a good job on removing our roof and hail damaged parts and replacing everything with quality products. They were on time, actually a bit early, and finished in one day on 1700 sq ft plus about 500sq ft garage. Pleased with their responsiveness. Would hire them again.

Jim McBride and his crew at Priority Roofing did an excellent job installing a new roof at my place. I was apprehensive about an expensive major project like this, but Jim walked me through it every step of the way with my insurance company. Jim helped me a bunch with the hail damage claim and explained the confusing insurance terminology to me. I had plenty of doubt, not being a trusting person, but everything turned out the way Jim described it. He also followed up afterward to make sure I was satisfied. I am quite pleased and recommend Jim and his company.

Just a great and super smooth transaction! Devon Salazar did an amazing job at getting us squared up with a new roof. He handled the insurance end of it, answered all our questions, even made time to address a concern over the phone on a Sunday evening, to making sure we were happy with the end results. Definitely made us feel like a priority!!
